We provide the structure, mindset shifts, and evidence‑based tools to cut overwhelm, build better habits, and strengthen the areas of life that matter most.

ThriveWise Coaching offers structured 12‑week group coaching programs for driven adults who want practical, evidence‑informed support and accountability. These small‑group cohorts combine expert coaching with high accountability and a strong sense of community so you can make measurable progress in your health, career, money, relationships, and leadership. Each track focuses on a specific life stage or challenge, with weekly live sessions, clear action steps, and a values‑aligned, no‑nonsense approach.

Reasons to Choose Group Coaching

The tone of our work is steady, respectful, and structured. This is ideal for conservative, high‑responsibility clients who want depth without drama and inspiration backed by discipline.

ThriveWise Group Approach

At ThriveWise, we start from a simple premise: we do not transform in isolation. Real, lasting change happens when you are surrounded by people who share your standards, tell the truth kindly, and expect you to follow through. Our programs are built around three pillars:

  • Evidence‑informed coaching. Our coaches are trained in top coaching methodologies and fields (including health and wellness coaching, behavior change science, leadership and executive coaching, and mindfulness‑based approaches). We use structured frameworks that align with industry best practices like: goal setting, habit formation, accountability systems, and reflective inquiry.

  • High‑accountability community. Research on accountability consistently shows that people are far more likely to reach their goals when they write them down, commit to specific actions, and regularly report their progress to someone else, compared to when they keep goals private and rely on willpower alone. That is why each ThriveWise group uses weekly commitments, written check‑ins, and peer feedback as a core part of the process.

  • Practical, values‑aligned action. Every session is designed to move you from insight to action. We recognize that our clients often have families, demanding careers, and real‑world constraints, so we focus on realistic next steps that respect your responsibilities and beliefs while still pushing you toward growth.

All programs follow the same high‑accountability ThriveWise structure while tailoring content, examples, and tools to the specific audience.

How it Works

Each ThriveWise 12‑week program is designed so you always know what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

  1. Application and Fit Call

You complete a short application describing your goals, current challenges, and schedule. We review fit for the group and may invite you to a brief call to confirm that the theme, timing, and expectations are right for you. This ensures that each cohort is made up of participants who are ready to do the work and can benefit from the same level of conversation.

  2. Intake and Goal Setting (1:1 Session)

Once accepted, you’ll schedule an individual intake session with your coach. Together, you clarify what “success” looks like in 12 weeks, identify key constraints (time, energy, family, finances), and set a small number of concrete goals. This private session ensures that your work in the group is targeted and personal, even in a shared setting.

  3. Weekly Live Group Sessions (In Person or on Zoom)

For 12 weeks, you meet with your group at the same time each week. In person or live on Zoom, depending on the program. Every session follows a consistent structure:

Brief check-in and review of commitments.

Focused teaching on that week’s topic (e.g., energy and sleep in midlife, pricing and offers, communication patterns, or leadership skills).

Guided reflection and discussion in the group.

Specific commitments for the week ahead, documented in writing.

  4. Peer‑Driven Accountability and Check‑Ins

Between sessions, you complete simple check‑ins on your commitments. You are encouraged to track your actions, notice what gets in the way, and share progress with the group. This peer‑driven accountability—knowing others will hear what you did or didn’t do—significantly increases follow‑through and keeps you engaged even when motivation dips.

  5. Second 1:1 Session (Integration and Next Steps)

Near the end of the 12 weeks, you meet privately with your coach again. You review the changes you’ve made, refine your ongoing plan, and decide where you want continued accountability (whether that’s another cohort, 1:1 coaching, or self‑directed work). This session helps you translate the group experience into sustainable habits and decisions.

  6. Ongoing Options

After completing a cohort, some clients choose to:

Re‑enroll in a new theme for continued growth.

Join a more advanced or specialized group.

Move into 1:1 coaching for deeper individual work.

Why 12 Weeks?

We intentionally use a 12‑week framework: long enough to practice new behaviors, see real shifts in energy, relationships, or work, and build momentum—but short enough to feel focused and doable. A three‑month container allows you to experiment, adjust, and get feedback without drifting into an open‑ended commitment. It aligns with industry standards for effective group coaching and gives you a clear start, middle, and finish, with measurable progress along the way.

Next Step

If you want structured support, honest accountability, and a small community that takes your goals as seriously as you do, ThriveWise group coaching is built for you.
