With nearly 15 years of experience in addiction prevention and behavioral health, she works with adolescents, young adults, and families to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and substance use with compassion and clarity.
Persia has a special passion for supporting teens as they develop confidence, emotional balance, and a sense of belonging during life’s most formative years. Her holistic approach bridges mindfulness, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral tools to build resilience and lasting well-being. A yoga teacher and runner based in Charlotte, NC, Persia brings warmth, authenticity, and hope to her work, guiding each person toward inner balance and self-compassion.

She is a nationally recognized ISSA Pro Trainer, 500hr RYT, Sports Nutritionist, and Pelvic Floor Specialist who blends science-backed strategies with real-life solutions.
Noell has been featured in Women's Health Magazine as one of the top 5 trainers in the U.S., appeared on Good Morning America, and served as the resident fitness expert for Fox’s Good Day Charlotte from 2014–2020. She is also the author of Unbreakable Core, a training program focused on building a strong, functional core, and the creator of UBCPlus, a holistic lifestyle plan known for promoting fat loss, strength gains, gut healing, and long-term sustainability.
