Start With What You're Facing
People rarely seek coaching because they want another theory about professional development. They usually have something in front of them that needs attention.
Overwhelm & Burnout
Managing pressure, workload, energy, boundaries and sustainable performance.
Leadership & Managing People
Delegation, accountability, expectations, team dynamics and the responsibilities that come with leading others.
Communication & Difficult Conversations
Giving feedback, addressing conflict, setting expectations and saying what needs to be said clearly.
Confidence & Executive Presence
Building credibility, composure, self-trust and the ability to communicate effectively when the stakes are high.
Career Direction & Change
Making thoughtful decisions about advancement, transition, purpose and what comes next.
Focus & Priorities
Deciding what deserves attention, managing competing demands and protecting time for important work.
Beneath the Problem
The Situation Changes. Patterns Repeat.
A difficult conversation, an overloaded calendar and a career decision may look unrelated. The same underlying patterns can influence all three.
Blair helps members examine what happens when pressure rises: how they interpret a situation, where their attention goes, what they avoid, how they communicate, the assumptions they make and the behaviors they repeat.
The goal is practical. Members learn to recognize a pattern early enough to make a more deliberate choice and practice a different response.
Your nervous system walks into the room before your strategy does.
Stress affects attention, communication and decision-making. Learning to notice your own response, and to settle it, can prepare you for the conversation, decision or leadership challenge that comes next.
The Structure
Three Months. A Clear Focus.
Executive & Professional Group Coaching is offered in recurring three-month series. Members join for one complete series, with a related professional challenge addressed each month. This gives members time to learn, apply the coaching at work and return with experience to discuss.
Lead Yourself Under Pressure
Each topic is useful on its own, while the full sequence builds greater awareness, focus and composure under pressure. A new three-month series will follow with a different coaching focus. Members may choose whether to continue.
In the Room
What Happens in a Session
Sessions follow a consistent shape. Each one opens with a short practice to settle attention, then moves into a framework for that month's challenge. Blair teaches it briefly and concretely, using professional situations members recognize.
From there the work becomes personal. Members take a few minutes to consider where the framework meets their own circumstances, and Blair coaches individuals in front of the group. Watching someone be coached on a challenge close to your own is often as useful as being coached yourself.
The group discusses what surfaced, members practice applying the framework, and each person chooses one action to take before the next meeting.
Between the Meetings
Coaching Continues Between Sessions
Members leave each session with one action they have chosen. ThriveWise follows up between meetings to help members reflect on what happened when they applied the coaching.
Each member also has an accountability partner from the group. Accountability partners are not coaches. Their role is to remember the commitment, ask where it stands and support follow-through.
Who Leads It
Meet Blair Dagenhart
